We also review an existing site to make sure it is meeting both yours and your audience's needs. Careful consideration of contributions from all key stakeholders are vital in the design and implementation of a project. For instance, if we are developing support resources for teachers which are intended to go online or a professional development program for this clientele, we would involve teachers (and stakeholders from the relevant education system) at all key aspects of the project. That way, we have a greater chance of success in how the materials will be used, attitudes to them, ownership of changes and how they are subsequently implemented at a classroom level.
